Please contact us immediately if you are not completely happy with your purchase. We will accept returns for full refund or exchange provided the product is less than 25% used. For all returns, please contact the clinic for a returns form, including this with your return. Once we receive your return we will process your refund via the same method that you made your purchase. If the return is due to a defective product or our error, please include your postage receipt and we will reimburse your shipping costs.
