We work with clinical skin care that is tailored to address all skin care concerns and conditions and deliver maximum results. Our product is preservative and paraben free with no harmful additives – and 100% cruelty free.

Due to the concentrated nature of the ingredients, we require that you call us for a consultation prior to any purchase, or fill out our consultation form and our team will be able to assist you in prescribing the correct system for you. This will ensure that you receive the product that is right for your concern. Please be aware that products from the Cosmedix Elite range are unable to be purchased without prior skin consultation.


Skin Care products purchased from our may be returned to us within 21 days of purchase. Please request a return form from us on 96648011. Please note that we accept returns for incorrect product if unopened only. If the return is due to adverse reaction, we require that the item is under 25% used.

It is the responsibility of the purchaser to return the item to us and all refunds will be processed via the method in which you purchased. In the case that we sent you an incorrect product or the packaging was faulty, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
