Laser Genesis uses advances in light therapy to restore your vibrant, youthful skin quality. Using a Q-Switched laser, controlled heat is delivered directly to your skin’s dermis where collagen growth is stimulated. The treatment is well tolerated with no downtime and can be combined with other laser treatments such as laser toning and the famous China Doll Laser Facial, also known as the Hollywood facial.

How does it work?
Genesis laser uses a specific laser technology to gently heat the skin in the dermis. The temporary thermal heat increases the skin’s collagen production, breaks down damaged capillaries and shrinks pores on the skin’s surface. Genesis laser can be performed on several areas of the body, including the face, chest and neck and is suitable for men and women.

How many treatments will I need?
We recommend a course of 6 – 8 treatments, best performed at 2 week intervals.
What happens during my treatment?
Your skin will be thoroughly cleansed to ensure we remove all dirt and debris. Using a Nd: YAG laser, your dermis is heated to 43 degrees for optimal collagen and elastin stimulation.
What should I do before the treatment?
Ensure that you are protecting your skin from sun exposure, using a quality SPF. We request that you refrain from using any self tan before or during the course of treatment.
Is It painful?
Unlike other lasers, genesis is not painful. You will feel warmth as the laser is swept over the surface of your skin.
What can I expect post treatment?
Your skin may be a little pink, flushed similarly to that of a light workout. This generally settle after a few hours.
