All initial appointments at Skin Clinic @Blyss will require an $85 deposit to reserve your chosen time. Selected treatments may require larger deposits due to time required. Your $85 will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment on the day of your appointment. Unfortunately we are unable to reserve a time for you without this deposit.
When you book an appointment with us, we reserve this time especially for you. In return, Skin Clinic@Blyss request 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling of all appointments. We understand that life is unpredictable and as a result you may be unable to make your appointment. However, we often have others that would like the opportunity to take your place and your clinician ready to treat you. Unfortunately, less than 48 Hours notice will result in your deposit being forfeited. If you are booking on a Gift Voucher, we will deduct $85 from the total value of your voucher. For your convenience we send a text message reminder 3 days prior to your appointment. Please respond yes to this message to secure your appointment.
Children in the Clinic
Unfortunately due to the nature of our treatments, to keep children safe we do not allow children in the clinic. If you are unable to find suitable arrangements, we offer three late nights and Saturday appointments for your convenience.
Please contact us immediately if you are not completely happy with your purchase. We will accept returns for full refund or exchange for faulty product or skin reactions provided the product is less than 20% used. All change of mind returns must be returned within 7 days from day of purchase with proof of purchase in original unopened and undamaged condition. For all returns, please contact the clinic for a returns form, and include this with your return. Once we receive your return we will process your refund via the same method that you made your purchase. If the return is due to a defective product or our error, please include your postage receipt and we will reimburse your shipping costs.
If you are unsure of the type of product you require, please contact the clinic for a consultation. Product stocked at Skin Clinic@Blyss contain active ingredients and are best prescribed by a professional. In the rare case that your skin becomes irritated, contact the clinic immediately so that we are able to guide you or offer an alternative.
We ship all over Australia. Please allow 2 business days for metropolitan Sydney and up to 5 days for interstate deliveries. We use Australia Post Express for all of our shipping. For all orders over $100 shipping is free of charge, under $100 we charge a flat rate of $10. Please allow extra time if orders are placed on public holidays. If your order has not arrived within 10 days, please call the clinic on 96648011 so that we are able to chase this up for you.
We accept all credit cards including Visa, Mastercard and American Express as well as Afterpay. Unfortunately we do not accept cash
