How many treatments will I need?
The China Doll can be performed as a course of 6 treatments, a one off treatment or as a brightening treatment just before an event.
What happens during the treatment?
Your skin will be thoroughly cleansed to ensure we remove all dirt and debris. Your skin will be gently warmed with the laser with the second stage where a medical grade carbon is applied to the skin. The carbon will then be removed with the laser, along with any dirt and debris within the pores. The last stage includes is performing a laser genesis treatment for optimum collagen and elastin stimulation.
What should I do before and after the treatment?
Ensure that you are protecting your skin from sun exposure, using a quality SPF. we request that you refrain from using any self tan before or during the course of treatment.
Is It painful?
Unlike other lasers, the carbon China Doll is not painful. You will feel warmth as the laser is swept over the surface of your skin and feel the carbon being removed and all of the debris from your skin. The genesis is a gentle warming of the skin.
What can I expect post treatment?
Your skin may be a little pink, flushed similarly to that of a light workout. This generally settle after a few hours. Your skin will be clearer and pores appear smaller. Your skin will glow.
